The State of the Autonomies functions frankly badly and it is necessary to reform it under the principles of rationality, effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of public services to citizens, which is ultimately what matters. After all, if Spain works well it will not be so attractive to leave it. This work focuses on developing a specific proposal for territorial reform in the Spanish Constitution that resolves the problems detected, defining what precise aspects should be reformed and in what sense.
This book has not been written for legal scholars, but for anyone with an interest in the subject, although the proposals are based on the analyzes of prestigious specialists in constitutional law.
