The personal data that you provide to Corporación 5 through this website, or any of the means of contact made available to you, may be processed for the purpose that corresponds to the reason for which you provided them.

Thus, the data provided may be used for the following purposes, depending on the reason for which you provide them:

    • Description: to manage requests for information, as well as to answer any queries that may be sent to us.

    • Description: management of browsing data and user preferences.

  • Requests for information within the framework of the COVID Direct Helpline
    • Description: the data you provide us with will be managed for the purpose of attending to and answering any queries you may send us regarding direct aid for the self-employed and companies, within the framework of the COVID Line project.

    • Retention: the data will be used exclusively to answer the queries made, and will subsequently be deleted. The deadline for deletion will be a maximum of 6 months after the last contact with the requesting user.

1.- Processing of data from recipients of forms or documents that redirect to this website:

Purposes of data processing. The personal data collected in the various documents that redirect to the extended information on this website may be processed for the purpose of (depending on the document).

  • Invoices.
    • Purpose: to manage the contractual or pre-contractual relationship between you and Corporation 5, as well as for administrative, fiscal and accounting management.
    • Legal basis: execution of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b RGPD.
    • Retention: for the time required by current legislation on civil, financial and tax matters.
    • Recipients: the data may be communicated to the competent public authorities, banks and savings banks as appropriate.
  • Budgets.
    • Purpose: to prepare, deliver/transmit the estimate, as well as to carry out follow-up actions and commercial prospecting, by telephone, telematically or in person.
    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject, as well as the application, at his/her request, of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b RGPD.
    • Retention: for the time required by current legislation on civil, commercial, financial and tax matters. The period will be counted from the end of the budget management.
    • Recipients: Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.
  • Authorisation to capture and publish images.
    • Purpose: to capture images of the signatory or their representative, as well as their publication on social networks, websites and other media, for the purpose of disseminating the activities of Corporación 5, as well as its products or services.
    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a. RGPD.
    • Retention: until you request the removal of the published content.
    • Recipients: the images captured will be published on the website and on the different social media profiles of Corporación 5.
    • International transfer of data to the USA. For use of social networks, more information in section 4 of this privacy policy.
  • Curriculums
    • Purpose: to manage your job application, and to take you into account in personnel selection processes.
    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a. RGPD.
    • Retention: your data will be kept for a maximum of 2 years.
    • Recipients: your data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
  • E-mail address.
    • Purposes: to respond to specific requests for information, via e-mail or telephone; to manage the contact agenda; to execute contracts or pre-contractual measures.
    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject in the case of requests for information or queries (art. 6.1.a GDPR), implementation of pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and legitimate interest in the processing of contact person data (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
    • Retention: the data will be kept insofar as they are necessary for the fulfilment of the legal obligations arising from the existing relationship. Once these obligations have expired, the data will be deleted.
    • Recipients: your data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

If during your communications with Corporación 5 you provide data of third parties, we inform you that:

  • You may only provide us with data of third parties if you have their express consent. Therefore, by sending us data of third parties, you declare that you have the aforementioned consent, or that you have the legal capacity to express such consent on their behalf.
  • All persons whose data you submit to us must be aware of the contents of this section. You declare that you have informed them and made them aware of its contents.
  • Corporation 5 is not responsible in the event that the user who fills in the forms or booking requests does not comply with the above points.

3.- Optional nature of the completion of forms and veracity of the data provided.

The different forms made available to you have identified those data that are mandatory, and therefore an essential requirement to be able to manage your query, request or registration. If you do not answer these sections, we will not be able to deal correctly with your request.

4.- International data transfers

Corporación 5 uses services which, due to the location of the servers on which they store the information, or due to the location of their headquarters, the EU considers that when using them, an international transfer of data to countries outside the European Union is carried out.

It sounds complex, but in reality it is an action performed on a day-to-day basis by any company or person using social networks, or cloud applications, emails from the big tech companies, and so on. In the context of this clarification, we inform you that Corporation 5 performs the following international data transfers, when you use:

Social networks: by giving consent to publish your personal data on the profiles of social networks in which Corporation 5 has corporate profiles, you authorise the performance of the international transfer of data to the USA. We recommend you visit the privacy sections of the different social networks mentioned in the consents.

This consent may be revoked at any time.

The user may revoke the consent given, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of the data during the effective, previous period of said authorisation.


Rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability.

The user or visitor may request the exercise of their rights of access, rectification or deletion, as well as in certain cases, if applicable, to limit the processing or portability of their data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof. This is in accordance with the aforementioned data protection regulations.

If you wish, you can use the forms available at the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or request a copy of them by e-mail.

Requests made by users to exercise their rights will be processed within a maximum period of one month. In the event of not being satisfied with the response given, the user may file a complaint with the aforementioned supervisory authority. Your request will be dealt with within 30 days.
