José Carlos
Francisco Díaz

Born in 1960 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. He founded Corporación 5 in 1990 and holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and is a specialist in Monetary and Financial Economics from the Bank of Spain.

He is President of CEOE Tenerife, of Cable Submarino de Canarias SUBCAN and Honorary President of APD. He is General Manager and co-founder of Arico 99 S.C.R. He is also Advisor to the Loro Parque Group and advisor to the Western Islands Company.

Former Professor of the Department of Economics and Business Management at the University of La Laguna. He has also been Chief Executive Officer of the Treasury, Budgets and Finance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hospital Universitario de Canarias and Vice-President for Economic Affairs. He has also been Director of Economy and Finance of the Government of the Canary Islands, Director of the CEOE Tenerife, President and later Director of SODECAN, President of the Sociedad de Fomento de Canarias and Director of Health and Consumption of the Government of the Canary Islands. He was also coordinator of the Strategic Plan for the Island of Tenerife 1998 and of the Canary Islands Development Plan 2000-2006.

In the cultural field, he has collaborated in several magazines and books on Canarian Economy, Tourism and Health Management and is the author of four publications: La cuenta atrás: los nuevos poderes de Canarias (1998), Canarias, moratoria y REF (2003), La reforma necesaria: Canarias ante la crisis de nuestras vidas (2010) and Canarias. La transformación (2013).

Félix Fernández – Claveríe

Joined Corporación 5 in 2010. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration. He is Managing Partner of ONEtoOne Capital Partners in the Canary Islands. He has been Manager of C.D. Tenerife, Financial Director of Celgan-JSP and Auditor at Ernst & Young.

Cristo Manuel Borges Amador

Law degree from the University of La Laguna. Member of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Bar Association No. 2,796, practicing law since 1996. Joined Corporación 5 in 2011.

Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de La Laguna. Colegiado nº 2.796 del Colegio de Abogados de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, en ejercicio desde 1996. Se integró en Corporación 5 en 2011.

Entre 1997 y 1999, prestó servicios profesionales en la Asesoría Jurídica de UNELCO-ENDESA, oficinas de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.  Entre 1999 y 2003 dirigió la Asesoría Jurídica de CANARIAS TELECOM, operador canario de telecomunicaciones por cable.

Desde 2004 ejerce como profesional independiente, dedicado al asesoramiento jurídico de empresas, especialmente en las áreas de derecho mercantil, societario y derecho administrativo. Ostenta actualmente la condición de secretario del Consejo de Administración y letrado asesor de diversas sociedades.
